Intro Text

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s more important than ever to teach students how to validate media sources, analyze how social media presents news, assess the impacts of media literacy on democracy, and analyze the spread of fake news in current media. CYBER.ORG’s Media Literacy modules (from the Cyber Society course) contain age-appropriate activities for grades 3-12.

Join the CYBER.ORG team for an overview of these modules and information about how to implement them in your classroom!

Due to grant funding restrictions, this webinar is only available to K-12 teachers in the US.

Note that workshop times are listed in Central Standard Time.
