Army JROTC
CYBER.ORG and Army JROTC have partnered up to provide content for JROTC instructors as they introduce students to the business, legal, and technological implications of the cyber society we live in.
The Army JROTC Cyber modules are from CYBER.ORG's Cyber Society Course and are designed to introduce humanity-based concepts to increase cyber awareness among high school students. These modules help contribute to the initiative of developing a better, more educated cyber workforce. The modules are easily customized to connect students to relevant, real-world applications, while developing critical thinking skills.

Students investigate the differences between a criminal offense and a moral wrong, protection of intellectual property, the functions and uses of permanent electronic records.

Students explore the collection, storage, usage, and protection of data; cybersecurity attacks and threats; and technology to improve information security.

This module introduces a definition of “smart” technology, examines the concept of intelligence, and explores the current, and potential future, roles of AI around the globe.
