Shreveport-Bossier Advocate: Kevin Nolten is in a good place, in a couple of ways. He works in a place he loves and just a few days ago, he was named to run it.
Nolten is the new president of the Cyber Innovation Center, which opened in 2007 and is tucked discreetly behind Bossier Parish Community College at 6300 East Texas Street.
The facility was constructed on the belief of "build it and they will come." Bossier parish, Bossier City and the state dedicated more than $100 million for the state-of-the-art building initially built to house the U.S. Air Force Cyber Command. That command did not move to the Bossier facility, but in the years since, many more things have.
