What is the schedule?

  • The most current conference agenda can be viewed here. Specific agenda details, such as sessions and times will be available no later than April 5th, 2025.
  • Please note that the digital conference schedule may default to your home time zone rather than the conference location. All conference times are in the Central Time zone.

How do I select my ticket for registration?

  • If you are employed in a K-12 setting, private or public, either at the school, district, or state level, you are eligible for the K-12 Educator ticket ($50). Please register with your official work email address in order to prove your eligibility. If you are not employed in the K-12 setting, you must register as a non-K-12 Attendee. All sponsors and exhibitors will be provided with a different ticket for registration. Visit this link to register.

How much is registration?

  • Early bird pricing will last until April 15th and is $50 for K-12 educators and $450 for non-K-12 attendees. Registration fees will increase by $50 for all attendees after April 15th.

Are travel grants available?

  • Yes, for K-12 educators. Visit this link to get complete information on travel reimbursement grants and how to apply.

Will meals be served?

  • Registered attendees will receive breakfast for three days, lunch for two days, and one reception with light snacks and one drink ticket included on Monday night. You must have your conference badge on your person to enter the conference area, including the banquet rooms where meals will be served. Meals cannot be taken outside of the banquet room area. Please review the Event Registration Terms and Conditions.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate me?

  • In order to keep registration costs at only $50 for K-12 educators, CYBER.ORG cannot guarantee all dietary concerns will be addressed. Meals will be buffet style to maximize the available options and labeled for allergens.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

  • There is not a required dress code however, we recommend smart casual.

How do I check-in for the conference?

  • Conference check-in will be set up just outside the Tate conference room. Our team will be on-site to assist all attendees with badge pick up. All conference events will be located in the Artist Wing. A map of the venue can be viewed here.

Can I buy a ticket on-site?

  • No, tickets for the conference are not available on site. You must be registered by May 9, 2025, to attend.

How do I download the conference app?

  • Download the Accelevents app here for Apple and here for Android. To log in, use the same email you used during registration. Search CYBER.ORG EdCon 25.

What should I bring to the conference?

  • Based on the sessions you choose to attend, a Chromebook or laptop is required. It is advisable to bring a charger as well. Wi-fi will be provided. Please refer to session descriptions for necessary materials.

Can I bring guests to the conference?

  • No, anyone who is not full registered and wearing their badge will not be permitted into any conference events.

What is the refund policy?

How do I book my hotel room?

  • To ensure you book the correct hotel, please use this link to book your room through the block rate with Loews Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel. Please note that if you receive a travel grant, you must book your room through the official block rate by May 15th to be reimbursed. There are a limited number of rooms available at the block rate so please book as soon as possible. The block rate cost is $209 a night plus taxes.

What are the parking arrangements at the hotel?

  • Self-parking in the venue’s covered parking lot is $44 a night with in and out privileges. However, conference attendees receive a 50% discount on parking. To receive your discount, let the front desk know if you are parking a vehicle and that you are attending EdCon 25. For more information, please visit this link.

Is there a shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel?

  • Yes, the hotel provides a 24-hour shuttle service to the Chicago O'Hare International Airport, leaving every 15 minutes. Pick-up for all flights is located at Terminal 2, on the lower level for arrivals, in the middle lane, close to door 2C. Exits to the shuttle pick-up are located by baggage claim.
