How do I select my ticket for registration?
Content
- If you are employed in a K-12 setting, private or public, either at the school, district, or state level, you are eligible for the K-12 educator ticket ($75). Please register with your official work email address in order to prove your eligibility.
- If you are not employed in the K-12 setting, you must register as a non-K-12 attendee.
- All sponsors and exhibitors will be provided with their own ticket information for registration.
- Employees of non-profits or government agencies who work with K-12 students DO NOT qualify for the K-12 ticket and should select the non-K-12 ticket for registration.

How much is registration?

- Early bird pricing will last until March 15th, 2026, and is $75 for K-12 educators and $450 for non-K-12 attendees. Registration fees will increase by $25 for all attendees after March 15th.

Can I buy a ticket on-site?

- No. Tickets for the conference are not available on site. You must be registered by May 15, 2026, to attend.

What is the refund policy?

- In order to receive full reimbursement, minus processing fees, you must email [email protected] at least 30 days in advance of the first day of the conference. For full details please see the Event Registration Terms and Conditions.

- The dress code is smart casual. Please see the Code of Conduct for more information.

How do I check in for the conference?
Content
- Conference check-in will be set up at the Silver State Pavilion inside the Grand Sierra Resort. Our team will be on-site to assist all attendees with badge pick up. Early check-in will be available on Monday 2:30pm-4:30pm and will open back up on Tuesday at 7am. Please do not come to conference area prior to this time. Earlier check-in outside of these hours will not be permitted.

How do I download the conference app?

- Download the Accelevents app here for Apple and here for Android. To log in, use the same email you used during registration. Search CYBER.ORG EdCon 26.

Can I bring guests to the conference?
Content
- No. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any non-registered person into the conference area, including children. Anyone that does not have a conference badge will not be permitted.

What is the schedule?
Content
- Breakfast and check-in will open at 7am on Tuesday and the first breakout will be at 9am. The conference will end at 11am on Thursday.
- The most current conference agenda will be available with sessions and times, no later than April 15th, 2026.

Where can I get copies of the presentations?

- Copies of Power Point presentations will be available via a Google Drive link through the Accelevents conference app. You will need to click the session and then select View Details. The link for the session Power Point will be listed under Documents & Links.

How can I see past sessions I've attended?
Content
- Go to the agenda in your Accelevents conference app, click the agenda filter (funnel), and toggle to on to show past sessions.
- This will also allow you to access the breakout session survey.
- You will also be able to see sessions you've bookmarked for attendance.

How do I get a certificate of attendance?
Content
- Click the Certificate tab in CE Credits menu in the lobby of the Accelevents conference app. Your certificate will be available for download if you have met the continuing education criteria.
- If you are unable to access the certificate this way you will need to email [email protected] for a copy of your certificate. This may take up to five (5) business days.

How do I book my hotel room?

- Please use this link to book your hotel room through the block rate with CYBER.ORG. Please note that if you receive a travel grant, you must book your room through the official block rate by May 9th, 2026, to be reimbursed.

What are the parking arrangements at the venue?

- Parking is complimentary.

Is there a shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel?
Content
- Yes. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport, leaving every 30 minutes, for hotel guests only. Upon arrival, follow the airport signage. Shuttle hours are 4:30am-12am. You will receive an airport shuttle pass at hotel check-in for your return trip to the airport. For more information, visit the hotel website here.

Will meals be served?

- Registered attendees will receive breakfast for three days, lunch for two days, and hors d'oeuvres with one drink ticket included at Tuesday night’s reception, and a snack break on Wednesday afternoon.

Can I take food outside of the conference area?
Content
- No. Meals cannot be taken outside of the conference area. We kindly ask you to eat all meals in the ballroom/general session space of the venue. See the Code of Conduct for more information.

Can I bring guests to meals?

- No. Only registered attendees can attend any part of the conference, including meals. You must have your conference badge on your person to enter the conference area, including the banquet room where meals will be served. Please review the Event Registration Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct for additional information.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate me?

- In order to keep registration costs at only $75 for K-12 educators, CYBER.ORG cannot guarantee all dietary concerns will be addressed. Meals will be buffet style to maximize the available options and labeled for allergens. If you have a specific dietary requirement, you may need to purchase your own meals outside of the event. Please note that outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the conference area.

Are travel grants available?

- Yes. Visit this link to get complete information on travel reimbursement grants and how to apply. Only K-12 educators who are employed at K-12 institutions are eligible for travel grants.

Can I be reimbursed for a different hotel than the conference hotel?

- No. In order to receive reimbursement for your hotel, you must stay at the official conference hotel, Grand Sierra Resort and use this link to book your stay.

Why can’t I receive reimbursement for another hotel?
Content
- In order to keep costs low for our attendees we must meet the hotel block rate quota to receive a waiver on the rental fees of the venue. You may stay at another hotel, but you will not be reimbursed unless you book through the block rate with the official conference hotel, Grand Sierra Resort with this link.

How do I find the official survey required for travel grant reimbursement?

- On the last day of the conference, you will receive a survey from SurveyMonkey sent to the email address you used during registration. If you do not receive the survey, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected] for more assistance.

How will I document the necessary hours to receive reimbursement?
Content
- Attendance will be taken on site by staff members by scanning the QR code on your badge at each session you attend. You will be scanned at the end of each session. Badges must be visible at all times.

EdCon is over. What do I need to do to receive my reimbursement check?
Content
- Please review your official notification letter to make sure you've completed all of the required steps. You will need to submit your receipts and fill out the Microsoft Form you will receive 5 business days prior to EdCon. Please note that confirmation of your hotel reservation does not count as a receipt. You must submit the official receipt you receive from the hotel stating the amount you paid.

When will I receive my travel reimbursement grant check?

- You should receive your check within 30 days of our receipt of your Microsoft Form, SurveyMonkey survey, and receipts. Please note that if you did not complete one of the required steps, your travel reimbursement grant will be revoked.
- If you believe you have met the required steps and you have not received your check within 30 days, please send an email to [email protected].

Can I share a room with another person who has received a travel grant? If, so how can we be reimbursed?
Content
Yes. You may share a room however, each grant recipient must submit their own expenses. Reimbursement is limited to your individual share of the cost. For example, if two people share a room, each will be reimbursed for half of the total room rate.
